POLICIES

  • A $50 booking fee it’s required for all of the appointments and it’s non refundable. This is applied towards your scheduled service at the time of the appointment.

  • Cancellations have to be made 48 hours before the scheduled procedure

  • no call and no shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service

  • please try not to be late. The time for your appointment is reserved especially for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late I may need to reschedule, to not interrupt the next clients appointment

  • clients with existing brow tattoos or permanent make up done by another artist please contact me prior to booking so the existing work can be reviewed

  • first touch up appointment after the initial procedure must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks of first session

  • please do not bring children under 18 to the appointment. It’s ok to bring a guest if you need extra support or their advice. During the procedure itself, they will have to wait in the waiting room

  • niU Brows reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time
